We guarantee our services and are very proud of them so if you are not happy with the service and we can't solve the problem we will refund your purchase within 30 days.

Some of our services give you the option to try them out for a certain period of time. So if you are still considering Innerspace 3D as your new solution provider why wait? Ask us if you can try it with no obligation to purchase anything.

We can transfer your data and settings from up to 10 accounts for you for free. After that it is an additional $25 - $150 dollars per account. The price after 10 accounts entirely depends on what type of service you previously had. Give our sales team a call to find out the information on transferring settings and data from your old provider to us. We will do everything we can to make the transition to I3D seamless.

Our collocation services are non refundable and require a minimum of one month payment in advance for the service. Data center information and tours is available by reservation of request only and will also be dependant on the data centers security approval and tour approval.

All accounts are subject to the terms of service agreement. Please read over our terms of service agreement in full.
